These terms cover using Leadaura. They are a starting draft for legal review, not legal advice.

What you buy

Each run is one payment for a ranked list of up to the number of offices you chose. If a run delivers fewer offices than its size, the undelivered share is refunded automatically.

How you may use the list

• Business outreach to the practices and staff in their work roles.
• Emails you send need a real sender, a physical mailing address and a working unsubscribe (CAN-SPAM). Calls must follow the telephone marketing rules that apply to you.
• No reselling or republishing the list.

Data honesty

A missing email is shown as missing, never guessed. Checked emails were verified at the date shown; mailboxes change.

No patient data

You agree not to enter patient information anywhere in the product.
